What's new in Sovelia Vault?

This version is compatible with Autodesk Vault Professional 2027

Publish a complete set of secondary files for an entire assembly automatically

With Sovelia Vault, you can now collect and publish all secondary files linked to an assembly to a selected location automatically, across the full assembly structure. Engineers no longer need to manually gather drawings, DXFs or STEP files for each component. This also ensures downstream teams always receive a complete and consistent data package. 

New features

Ensure consistent numbering - reserve numbers from active file numbering schemes

It's now possible to reserve numbers from active File Numbering Schemes in Vault Professional.

Reserve Numbers enables controlled numbering for work happening outside Vault, reducing rework like renaming and ensuring unique identifiers when collaborating with external teams or offline processes.

Easier installation with only one installer

You can now install both the Administration tool and the Vault Client extension with the same installer. 





Automatic AutoCAD support enabled by default

AutoCAD Support component is now loaded automatically without any AutoCAD configuration

AutoCAD support loads automatically—no setup required—so teams can get started instantly with a consistent, ready-to-use workflow.

Improvements to existing features

  • The option to run Data Export using Autodesk Apprentice is reintroduced
  • Logging extended to simplify the troubleshooting

Bug fixes

  • Action Set not triggered on (Item) Saved state
  • Pre-event action failure: When Property Update Action in an Action Set triggered from Inventor
  • Data Export option, BOM First Level is not working
  • Excel PDF Export Is not working properly
  • Property Update option, Update latest version set to False is now respected
  • Other minor issues
