SOVELIA Support Center helps users, partners and system administrators in their daily operations, providing product support, downloads, online training etc. The customer support personnel on duty answers the service center telephone number and responds to messages sent to the email address of the Service Center and, if necessary, forwards them to the appropriate expert. The support is available during office hours in Nordics. However, the support can be extended up to 24/7 coverage based upon customer specific agreement.
